Course recommendations
Very easy to get carried away and do high level ones, but when it comes to exams be wary - very strict marking. Check out as many lecturers as possible as it is their teaching which will affect your eventual pass/fail!

Personal comments
There are now very good computers at the Uni, but no printers. Teaching is generally eratic, with some lecturers very passionate about their subject and others boring. Uni is on at least two camus', so I am only reviewing the business one.

Housing
Type of housing: Halls, but far from Uni
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
I have moved out of halls in to a shared flat and, although more expensive, it is much nearer the Uni and the town center. You can still visit your friends after all!

'Camp Pieri'halls were a 25 minute bus ride from the Uni. They are very large with 200+ students and an amazing student community atmosphere. 4 to a flat. Cheap and big! Friedrich Naumann is closer to town and Uni but only two to a flat and rarely any student mixing.

Housing
Type of housing: studentenwohnheim
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
More contacts with other students, if you choose a peaceful place where to live, but alienation at the same time, Friedrich-Naumann is perfect!

Friedrich-Naumann is a really quite place, perfect for studying but not for social life. Itīs 10 minutes walk far from the centre and the Fachhochschule. Really clean (I had the impression to live in an hospital) but the Hausmeister is the most unfriendly person Iīve ever met.

The FH offered a short, two-week language class for exchange students before the semester began. This was very good, and my German imporved a lot. But during the semester, the same teacher offered a German class that only met once per week. It was not as good, and I dropeed it quickly. Really, everybody can speak english. You have to "try" to speak German in social situations?

You hava a lot of facilities you can make use of. You definitely have to go sightseeing, itīs really worth it. Like the zoo or the flowergarten in Franfurt or the different museums in Wiesbaden. A lot the discover here!
