Es war ein sehr bereicherndes Praktikum, auch wenn in der Firma nicht alles glatt läuft, war es für mich auch interessant, diese Aspekte zu erleben. Ich bin sehr dankbar, die Möglichkeit gehabt zu haben, da ich so wertvolle Einblicke in den Markt der erneuerbaren Energien in Deutschland bekommen habe. Dieses Wissen und Grundverständnis wird in Zukunft sicher weiterhin brauchbar sein. Mir hat besonders auch das sehr selbstständige Arbeiten gefallen, mit anspruchsvollen und vielseitigen Aufgaben sowie auch zahlreichen und für mich sehr faszinierenden Kundenkontakten.

J'ai apprécié le stage ainsi que l'équipe, le concept de la start-up était de proposé aux secteurs des sales des entreprises cliente un meilleur closing rate. Chose que je ne pensais pas reussir au debut mais avec la formation du CEO Bertrand Lamour, j'ai reussit avec toute mon équipe à tenir ce taux durant ces 8 mois.

the internship is to measure data and voice behavior in different cities in Germany and Netherlands, with KPNs Networks and Vodafone, to observe the behavior of Network Performance and signal strength with Terms Investigations (Terms Paragon) the Walk Test, Drive Test, Train Measurements.

The overall internship was good. Each intern is given a different countries market and is tasked with the whole sales process in the given country. This means a lot of cold calling and emails. 
The team is very international and young since it is mostly made up of interns. It is easy to communicate to whoever is you have a certain problem. 

I would recommend this internship for 2-4 months, however I think that a 6 month internship would become too repetitive unless you are 100% sure you want to go into sales and that is what you love.

Pendant mon stage au bureau d'architecture GRAFT, j'ai pu découvrir les principales tâches d'un architecte : trouver l'inspiration, esquisser des idées, élaborer un plan final et construire un modèle physique du bâtiment.

It was an overall enriching experience to be part of an organisation that values everyone regardless of colour, race, origin. 

I had the opportunity to study, plan and direct a corporate film for the business. Morover gained insights into the supply function of the aircraft parts.

Erasmus Student Network is a good option to start your own projects and connect with alot of interesting people.

I was nicely welcomed and immediately given a lot of freedom on how to do my work. They trusted me a lot and I learned a lot.

Overall, it was a much needed experience and a good start. Extremely helpfull coworkers, flexible working hours and nice atmosphere
