I lifed a different life style, the past year was more like a holliday, but than 365 days lasting. So I went out for diner a lot of times, all most every day I went out to a bar, discotech, or botelon (drinking in the street), off course being in Spain I wanted to travel around, and because it´s a big country it´ll cost some money to get from A to B

A year abroad give U the opportuny to travel a lot and without your family you can live more nightlife! Of course there are also expenses that you don't have at home,like food and accomodation...but generally Spain it's not expensive.

Because at home it´s my regular life and I have to study and work a lot, I don´t have time to go out all the time or travel. In Madrid it´s different, because I was thinking all the time, I´m only here for half a year and I have to enjoy every time I havee here

Don´t go and buy your food at Corte Ingles, that´s the most expensive you can do, it´s cheaper everywere else, sometimes half the price, it cost you a bit more effort, but you save a lot of money

Personal spending habits
First of all, food in Spain is less expensive than in France, housing as well. I spent more money for the telephone because I had to buy phone cards to call home whereas I don't pay anything when I'm in France.It wasn't that expensive, it is just that I usually don't buy phone cards.
