The courses don't capture the whole of what they could give on a given subject. The longer period of each course would permit to know the subject deeper

Larger choice of courses, accessibility of courses during both semestres(as many interesting courses had already passed in autumn semestre when i have arrived in february), more work for students, more recommended litrature (not just lectures)
