It would have been nice to get more in contact with local student, to improve the Dutch. There where some problems to communicate with Greek or Spanish students, because of their language abilities.

Final comments
Use your free-time (If there is any) to travel to Zandvoort aan Zee (beach), The Hague, Rotterdam,Haarlem etc etc. Best time to do so is in June-August.

All the foreign students are living here. Therefore it's a very international. It's cheap for Amsterdam and close to the HES
