Yes, Dutch language (at least basics, would be useful) and culture, weather conditions (depressing rains all winter)

Final comments
Studing abroud is about meeting people, getting experience in cooperating woth different nationalities - living in comfort is also a good thing but you can forget that for a wile. It is important to be mentaly ready for chalanges before you go abroad.

In Netherlands nearly everyone speaks English so from that point of view i didn't have problems, but I would like to learn Dutch for work and personal perpouses but the course at host school was more than ensufficient even though it was a obligatory subject
