Very Unprofessional RPL Department. Extremely Disappointed

, 2021
Overall
I have been studying with IT Sligo since about 2018 to 2022. Recently i have completed 2 programs the advertised that will result in a Ordinary BSc on completion providing you meet the credit requirment. I needed 20 more credits to meet that requirement so I applied to the RPL becuase I have about 5 years experience in Biopharma/Medical Device. They said i will have to complete one of their programs to get the credit, but the prgram was not relevant to me based on the career direction I am currently heading. I accepted another program from another University and I informed ITSlgo. It has been months now since I have applied for RPL and I was told they will give me a decsion week after week. I never heard anything back from up to this day. I have aslo been blocked from accessing my grades and transcripts and up to this time I have not received my certificate from my last last study. I was even block from the email address they assigned to me while I studied with them. I feel they were very prejudice towards me once they found out i am studying with another University.
