best cafe: houkutus, and the one next to student union (dont remember the name!) best discos: bepop, moritz (there're not too many in fact)

the accomodation service is excellent and very easy to deal with. if you can choose, noljakka is the best area to live in, although you need a bike!

i was used to an english environment in my home country due to the studies i do, so it wasn't at all a big change in finland. in fact it was the same...maybe more native english speakers as teachers, that's all

ask your tutors where to rent a bike first of all, u'll need it! rent 'skarppi' for special parties, it's great! be careful with the snow...
