Stockholm is a great town, but people can also hate it.
Foreigner girls have usually less fun than guys.
During the winter it is not that interesting to travel, but as soon as the summer starts, then you have so many places: from Lapland to Norway, Denmark, Finland and Estonia; mainly nature more than big towns.

Book your accommodation early, so you can stay in lappis, which is ok. Otherwise they put you to the outskirts and it takes ages to come to the center
