it was great! It was an old building in the centre of the town; 2 minutes from every place

It's the best union: an indipendent space and a shared one to meet people and to enjoy the time together.

most of the locals in leuven speak english so i had no problem in communication

It was Ok everywhere. In Belgium most of the people speak NEglish, and they are very nice and do the effort of speaking in English to you so that you could understand them.
