Copenhagen is a great city, with lots of stuff to do! Students from Southern Europe however had a tendency to complain about the 'coldness' of the locals, as well as the high costs of living. The academics were great, but mostly you had to create your own activities, (which wasn't that hard)
If you wanna experience Scandinavia, Roskilde University Center, or Lund in Sweden could be a better alternative as far as I heard. For me however, the year in Copenhagen turned out to be the most enriching and fruitful year of ny studies, both socially and academically! You'd love it too!
