The 90% of swedish people speak english fluently so i hadn't serious problems in communication, but the attedance of the courses was a little bit difficult for me.

Because sweden is a very expensive country at all. In lighlife i spent about the same because i tried to restrict my expenses there. As far as treveling is concerned i spent more money because i traveled a lot. Generaly traveling abroad is cheap in sweden.
