Everything was in German and that`s what I came there to do. If you want to study in the German-speaking area in English, go to Berlin or Vienna. Not in Munich.

No. There are some street markets, where you can find very good deals. There are as well very low-prices supermarkets, like Ldle, Plus, etc.
