1. Telephone (It is cheap to make phone calls in Hong Kong and I have to make overseas phone calls during my exchange study.)

Because my housing was the only one that was really bad in Lund..The rest of my friends got great places and you meet many more people while your in international housing.

The housing i was in was particularly bad, but the housing office really did try to make it comfortable. But i must say, thal all the other housing was absolutly beautiful so it was just my luck i guess :)

In Sweden even if you can't speak swedish there is not problem of comunication at all because everybody speaks in english. And they are actually used to speak in english, so there is no problem at all.

Course recommendations
There few of them. Pretty less then in the other countries but the teachers are good and course are accesible to everybody. SOme times Easy and that gives you time toenjoy your stay in Lund.
