OverallLU Accommodation is an ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! The representatives are ignorant, incompetent and slow as hell. If you have any issues with accommodation it will take them WEEKS to figure it out. Do not waste your time staying here. Any interaction with LU accommodation is a torture, they don't care about tenants and simply draining money abusing their monopoly.
