All people speak English very well. This is advantage, because you can communicate with everyonne and you dont have to learn Swedish. But if you want to learn Swedish it is hard, cos every one is answering in English when they recognize that you are at beginners level in Swedish.

Absolutely every student goes out in so called nations, the local student organizations run by students. You are member of one, but you can join any party or activity of all of them (about 12 as far as i can remember). My favorite was Östgöta, cos most exchanges students went there.
