Évaluation globaleThe school provides a lot of tools, from the partnership with jobteaser (a job board) and their career councilors, to classes dedicated to improve your job searching skills. However, the search itself is up to you, and for non-EU citizens it can still be very difficult. Also, even if you find one, lack of communication from the school towards you and the company looking to hire you can sink your chances of getting accepted.

Hard to learn it if you cannot interact with french people. the fact that you take english courses, and that the international community is separated of the french one is kinda of hard.

Excellent opportunity to improve language skills especially with being able to carry out a six month stage. Also joining the rugby team improved my communication and confidence skills.

I spent more on accomodation because normally I live at home and pay nothing. On nitelife France can be very expensive to go out in although drink is much cheaper when you buy it in the supermarkets. Travel in France is much better and cheaper than in Ireland. The Carte 12/25 offers great reductions for train travel. Also when travelling abroad from Ireland it is much more expensive because it usually involves getting a plane.

French goverment offer a grant for rent to students. You need to go to the Allocation Familiale to get it. Also you are entitled to a grant if you are doing a work placement abroad. I think it's called a Leonardo grant which is well worth looking into.
