Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Living independently is a lot more relaxed than living in a dorm, for example.

Personal comments
My first semester I lived in the school dorms but didn't like it much. They are far away from the city center and there isn't much to do near by.

At home I do not travel as much in my spare time. I do not go out as much in my home town. Lond distance calls back home when I'm far from my family.
