I choose Singapore mainly due to two reasons. The first one was the English. I wanted to improve and get a really high level. The second one was more cultural as I was willing to visit new places, know new people, travel...

They speak English in Singapore, but with a Chinese/Malay accent. I had no problems with following courses at university. However, I had some difficulties in the beginning with some locals in the city (esp. cab drivers).

I liked all the courses I took in general. I would say that local students, even if they tend to be shy should open more to exchange students.
