GLOBA LEX NYU is far from scientific standards, ex on Mauritius . The article says nothing on sound scientifics articles, journals, thesis and books easily find on Academia, google scholar...; and for example in 7/5 Rodrigues says nothing on legal discriminations against africans descent people of Rodrigues .
