I wish I had known...
That computer games cost more here than at home. Sometimes it gets boring when the weather is really dull and wet and you have nothing to do at home (besides cooking)

I think it is worth it to take an erasmus exchange when you are at the last year of your grade. So when you finish, you can take the decisions as the possibilities come. For example, if you will to stay there and work you can do it.

If you are from any mediterranean country, it's advisable to stay for a while in some country of central or North of Europe. So there you can see the differents between our closest neighbours in Europe. Furthermore, the Netherlands is a sort of meeting point, where you can meet international people and you can easily travel around europe on a cheap way.

Overall
In the Netherlands, my academic journey began at TU Eindhoven five years ago, where I successfully completed my bachelor's degree. Seeking a challenge, I decided to pursue a master's degree at TU Delft, which has been a remarkable experience. Both universities have played an instrumental role in shaping my skills, including independent studying, conducting academic research, and nurturing my curiosity to explore new things in my field of study.

Moreover, interacting with inspiring professors and teachers at both universities has been a privilege that has boosted my knowledge and understanding in my chosen field. I found the student atmosphere at TU Delft more welcoming due to the diverse international students with different backgrounds, which helped me strengthen and improve my social skills and develop my overall personality.

TU Delft provides numerous opportunities for graduates to explore career paths by organizing events that welcome corporations and allow students to engage in one-on-one conversations with their representatives. These events are an excellent platform for graduates to learn about job opportunities, gain insights into the industry, and build valuable connections with potential employers

Careers
While TU Delft does have a page where it posts internship opportunities, the number of applicants can often exceed the number of available positions, making it challenging for students to secure an internship through this channel alone. As a result, students at TU Delft are encouraged to take responsibility for their internship search and actively seek out opportunities that align with their career goals and interests.

The university provides resources and support to help students in their search, including access to job search engines, career fairs, and networking events. Additionally, TU Delft's Career Services office offers guidance and coaching to help students prepare their job applications, resumes, and cover letters, increasing their chances of securing an internship.

It's a pretty good place to go, but you must bear with the initial aloofness of the Dutch students.

Overall
I can confidently say that it is an excellent university with a lot to offer. I enrolled in the Aerospace Engineering program, which is one of the best in Europe, and was impressed with the level of expertise and dedication of the faculty members.

The university campus is beautiful and well-maintained, with modern facilities that are equipped with the latest technology. The academic curriculum at TU Delft is challenging, but it is designed to help students develop critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities. The professors are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and they encourage students to ask questions and participate in discussions.

Overall, my experience at TU Delft was fantastic. The university provided me with an excellent education, a supportive community, and countless opportunities to grow both academically and personally. I would highly recommend TU Delft to anyone looking for a top-tier technical university.

Careers
They do have a great careers office, which provides a lot of information. Especially in your masters you still have to do a lot on your own, but you can also ask questions or talk to the people from the Career office
