If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
It gives me the freedom to have my own space, use my time more efficiently since I can choose when to do stuff instead of being forced to do stuff at certain times on campus. I have better housing off campus which enables me to have more fun, I don't have to bother about a roommate barging in at 3 AM every night and I can bring my friends over when I feel like it. Higher quality of life basically.

On campus housing is descent but as at many other american universities, on campus housing is mainly for freshmen and sophomores. I decided to live off campus and my friends that stayed on campus had regrets every day and a
specially when they visited me and my housing.
