Personal comments
Best places for exchange students to go out were Klubben in the Business School and Kollegium 6 at the campus of the University. Best place in the city in my opinion are Social Club and Sam's Bar (usually free with student ID). Check out the follwing websites:

Personal comments
If you prefer to live in a dormitory in Aarhus, try to get a room in Trillegard or Skjoldhoej. They are quite far from the city, but offer everything students life is about. To apply for rooms by your self use: http://www.kollegie8000.dk . They offer plenty of rooms in dorms and other places. Don't forget, that housing in Aarhus is very difficult!
