I had an opportunity to use English, which was a language of instruction, all day long for the whole time of scholarship duration. I surely profited and gained more flexibility and ease while speaking and expressing myself.

Unfortunately I was robbed (my roommate either) just in the second week of my stay in Copenhagen. I don't wish it to anybody, especially going tot he police at 3 o'clock in the morning. That's why I had to maintain "strict finance policy" till the end.

Student life
Describe host city:
Travel: Takes place mostly within the university/student environment
Activities: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment
Nightlife: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment
Personal social experience
Personal comments
Pubs: Student Husset - good atmosphere, cards for cheaper beer, quite nice music, bands playing on weekends (if my memory serves me right.
Dakota - cheap beer (cheaper for students), great music and great, cheerful atmosphere. Both pubs in city centre.
Sabor Latino - hmm, latin music, dance course (salsa) on Thursday evening, classical. For those who love dancing - couldn't be better.
Australian cross - if you want to play darts, nice place to talk.

Type of housing: students' house
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: students' house
Why?
Living there enabled me to contact constantly with other exchange students both on the daily basis, which concerned university work and night life.

I had much freedom, which gave me an independence. It's an important factor in everyday life especially when sb wants to plan his/her day (of course in accordance with my roommate).
