Pourquoi?
Well, when you opt for a flat/appartment, you have your own space including facilities that you do not have to share as bathroom, shower. Moreover, it was important to me to have some privacy.

The host university helps in finding an arrangement (flat/kind of camous)etc However, it is an above-market price arrangement. Sometimes, You can be very unplesantly surprised.

I had pretty good English as I study in English in my home university in Russia. Now I feel I have improved it a lot and can support all the topics. Moreover,I have greately improved my Spanish as i have a lot of Spanish friends and I admire Spanish language.
