I use more internet to phone, that is why it is less expensive. Concerning travelling, it is more expensive because it doesn't exist student reduction like in France.

Netherlands is good place if you want travel during your study, because your are closed from Belgium, Germany and France. Moreover you have good connection by plane and train.
