Incompetentes.
Te cobran de más si puede.

También hay que tener en cuenta la presión a la que te someten para que hagas una reserva aunque no estés segura diciendo que no hay problema luego y que servirá la señal para todo. Me lo creí y cuando fui a utilizarlo me dicen que no , que solo es para un año.

Llevo intentando pagar unas tasas para el certificado de notas del máster 5 días. Increíble la pésima atención y como pasan la patata de un sitio para otro. Dejan mucho que desear para hacer papeleo a distancia. Más profesionalidad por favor.
