take as much money with you as you can, you will never ever have a time like that again in your life! do everything you can to know that country, travel in other cities, go to all the museums an sightseeing-spots, shop´til you drop and eat more than only bread and "nutella"!

Because in the Netherlands I live with my parents and do not have so many costs. And your life is a lot different when you are abroad. More going out, travel etc, so you are spending a lot more money.

Spanish is sometimes quite hard to learn, but not impossible. You have to put a lot of effort in it to make a progress. The only way to learn it is practising and try to speak it all the time! Sometimes it is difficult to speak it all the time because you will get a lot of international friends where you most of the time speak in English with. But it is worth to try!

I wish I had known...
the students on the school are quite snobbish, stuck-up rich kids and not very friendly. The university is a private university but the facilities are quite dissapointing.

Housing
Type of housing: Shared apartment with 4 people
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
Because living with people you don't know can sometimes give some problems in cleaning the house for example and noise. I prefer to live on my own or only with two persons.

Personal comments
I had to found housing on my own, but the university does have some information about housing. And for the people who stay one year on the university they have more possibilities.
