Personal comments
At the CEU, the professor was not very good. She always showed up late, never was enthusiastic about the material, and graded the American students based on a 5 minute oral exam in Spanish (which is our second language). I received the worst grade I have ever received based on one 5 minute exam, when the professor never provided any guidelines or academic support. I did not enjoy my CEU experience nearly as much as I enjoyed my classes through Hamilton College.

I am not sure I can recommend anything because I realize the teaching style is very different in foreign countries than in American ones.

I was able to speak and understand the natives easily. They were generally friendly to me despite the war situation at the time.
