The best bars in Cadiz for exchange students have to be Medusa, Osaka, Woodstock(New Town), El ollo and el Capos on Plza Mina. Best Restaurant has got to be La Gorda Bella off la calle neuva

La punta I think it was called, where all the clubs are, is the best, and the main square where everyone gathers for a drink at the weekend
