If you don't do well on your placement test, speak with the administration and they will reevaluate you. Don't just accept what they put you in if you disagree.

do not bring a rolly bag, the trainstations rarely have escalators. If you are going to be traveling bring a hiking bag.

It was great! My family house was quite a walk. The apartment I lived in was right next to the university and was very cheap and the landlord was amazing.

Granada 10 and Camborio were great discos at night. The Alhambra is a must! Also, if you are there in June the Corpus Christi Festival was amazing. Granada is known for its free tapas (with a drink). The Arab baths are also a must, for 16 Euros, if you are a student you get a 15 minute massage and an hour and a half in hot tubs of all different temperatures.
