Although I speak spanish and the galician language is similar, when the people speak too rapidly I got lost in the conversation and that was frustrating to me.

this is a bit tricky: in English I was better than some teachers, in Spanish I learned A LOT! Most I learned from the lady who owned our downstairs cafe!
