Take some money, backpack, a sleeping bag, and enjoy the language, food, music, the people and the nature! Galicia it's beautiful.
And be prepared for the weird time schedules.

I think the galician language it's not so hard for portuguese student's to understand, even though we had classes also in "castellano". What made it hard was the mixture of both, cause then we just mix everything.
