the exchange program in that university was OK, but the fact, I was in Macau, where there are low cost flight, it makes easier and much less to travel through the south east asia.
macau,not far from Hong Kong, very close (by air) to the others countries of south east asia, and common border to china, helps to travel easily, cheaper and get an overview on the different culture.

In english, I did not have any problem to communiate, but in Chinese, when I was out of the University environment, it was quiet difficult to make understand my words, and their words.

Mandarin Hotel, DD, Bex... there are not so much place to go out, but those few places are very nice: Canadians groups come and sing popular songs for the us.
