The myth of equal opportunities
Maddalena S
Italy, Graduate
International Relations, 2022
Overall
Ca’ Foscari University offers a wide range of services through the Career Service Office. However, the vast majority of job offers and paid internships are in business, administration, marketing, finance, and economic-related fields. Ca’ Foscari students of International Relations are left without a fair chance to get a job in the non-profit sector or in international institutions because the University do not invest enough in partnerships of this kind. In 2020, Ca’ Foscari cancelled the only funded internship program it had for those interested in international cooperation.

Personal spending habits
I didn't want the experience to be limited by any financial matters. It was a once in a life-time opportuntity and I didn't want money to be an issue which I would regret afterwards.
