The students dorm in Lecce was well maintained and well located (Via Adriatica - pretty close to the University). I truly enjoyed my time there. The cafeteria was also very close, and had good service.

In the university, since the language of instruction is English, I've found it a little difficult to learn the Italian language. However, when I am outside the university, I find myself learning very much since I am obliged to communicate with Italian people with their native language.

I had the opportunity to practice both English and Italian (and sometimes even French, with the French Erasmus students). I had no problem communicating and I believe that my Erasmus experience was a wonderful intercultural communication experience.
