In some courses the teaching methods was a bit too conventional. I would have preferred a bit more discussing and interaction between students and teachers.

Already before I went to Switzlernad I had a good knowledge of the German language, since I had studied it at university in Sweden and at a language school in Bonn. Therefore I didn't experience any difficulties during my stay. On the other hand, my everyday language has improved and become more varied.

Zürich offers a wide range of cafés, bars and clubs. The lovely Niederddorf area is the best tip as well as the red light district around the Langstrasse. A favourite place is the bar/cafë Aquarium with good drinks and ice cream and - not least - a great view of River Limmat.
