OverallIn the heart of Transylvania, there is a city for the students only. A few of the most famous universities in Cluj. One of the best, Tech university of Cluj.

I spent less in telephone because I mostly used the internet to communicate, and also the telephone calls are cheaper. Houses here are incredibly more expensive than in Portugal. I also travelled more than usual so I spent more money in it.
