Give students more convenience, charge less from students. Because I know in Leuven, also a university town. Everything is quite cheap for students, like sports, housing etc.

it was expensive, for sure , about 300euros for a small room and shared bathroom and kitchen with 6 others studnets, but the living room was huge, cable, pools...

The University is based in a very pleasant background . Also, the teachers lecture in a very engaging way and the University's online platform facilitate the researchs that students are lead to do by establishing a continuous connexion between the students and professors.
