Easy question! Norway is the most expensive country in the world, but I knew this before, and I dealt well with it. If you want you can work besides your studies, and then you deal even better.
Of course you might run into problems (as some friends did) when you are used to regular drinking and smoking.

Yes! Don't drink, don't smoke, don't buy meat too often, then you should do fine.
It's hard to have the same standard of living in Norway as in Central Europe, when you want to live cheap.

no, i knew before leaving Italy about the highest cost of living in Norway, so I just try not too spend to much, but even doing it was much more expencive
