I think the experience was very positive to imporve my English but not I expected.
My English improved a lot bacause I was spoken English quite often, but there were a lot of people from Germany, Italy, France, Portugal and Spain.
However there were a lot of people from USA, England, Scotland, South Africa so I heart a lot of different types of English.

the weather of Aberdeen was worse than I expected. If you like the snow, it is a good place to go.

The University is Ok. There a lot of different types of studies but in general the departments are small.
The Campus life is very funny and it exist a lot of students associations. You have the possibility of knowing people from a lot of countries.

Final comments
Scotland have a lot of interesting places to visit such as Edinburgh, Dunottar Castle, Isle of Skye, Ben Nevis.
It is good to go to Tourism Office of Aberdeen or to the Travel Society (an students asscoiation) to know places to visit.
