1° to travel to/from hull : hullstrain.co.uk indeed, there are some different companies of train, therefore the prices may be different from one to another. on this site: london-hull (2hours 30) = 40£

there is a club IN the campus... open 2-4 days a week. Be aware that in England the major pubs, bars close at 2 or even before.
