Didn't like Oulu's nightlife that much, but maybe i missed the right spots. Just went where the group wanted to go... sometimes it was not my style ... but there are a lot of people who like this here!

Be sure to visit Eden spa--it's almost heaven on earth, especially with a big group of friends. The TV room in the red building is also a popular gathering place, especially when Southpark is on!

Well nearly all my courses were given in finnish so I have to rent books from the main library (where the books are in english), and meet teachers to explain me some points of the courses.

The language of instruction was English so all the exchange students spoke English. Most of Finnish people speak English fluently, so I never had a problem understanding another person.
for me has been great, i ve lived in a new flat with my own room , but other people has had problems with it and there are flats really old and small.other people has had to share room.
