Everyone speaks English in Finland so don't panic, you will find your way. In UTA there are free courses of Finnish, try at least with the survival!

The most important student party in Tampere: Bomarit. The best nightplace is the Yotalo and I suggest for a beer Cafe Europa, very pretty place.

In my current apartment, I can reach to beautiful lakes by walk in 10 minutes. It's always so peaceful and quite as any other area in Finland.
