You can skiing (there is a ski resort nearby the town), ice skating (it is free for students), hicking (nice countryside) and play several sports. The nightlife is very interesting with different places to visit and different styles of music. People are very nice and they always are willing to talk (...even in English). Even there is an international music festival in June.

I can write here all the city, but : Trust (pub for dance on the table!), Stuck (for finish the night, for parties every week, concerts,cinema..), Takos and Bongos(latin music), irish bar (beer), and more and more

The best one is Samsara disco, if you go there, please don´t miss that place...
Cantante Bar is also a Good place to take some cocktail's...

there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants - I liked especially the Mexican restaurants. The nightclubs were cool, but unfortunately quite often overcrowded

Favourite night spot: Vrbanskaaa! Best cafe: Ilich and Cajek. Places not to be missed: Piramida, Kalvaria hill, Mestni park, Orient.

The billard club next to the Sport Center and the Traditional Summer Concert outside Maribor. The Postojna Cave should not be missed neither.
I felt in love with the Desperado drink... I try to find it in my country and abroad during my travels but I have not succeeded yet...
