Reporting directly to Bodega Numanthia's Estate Director, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for:
* Supporting the business strategy through HR initiatives
* Partnering with the Estate Director in strategic planning and strategic thinking
* Providing a day-to-day support to all levels of the organization to elevate the employee experience and strengthen engagement
The Human Resources Coordinator will report functionally to the MHWE Human Resources Director and is an active member of the Moët Hennessy Wine Estates HR Community.
Education: University degree or business school. Majors in Management or HR.
