Your Missions As an apprentice within Advanced Research, you will be at the heart of discovery. Your objectives will be concrete, and your responsibilities stimulating. Depending on your project, you will actively participate in:

* Apprentice in Digital Tool Development and Quality Procedures: Development of a digital tool to assist in the research of alternative raw materials for our subcontractors and drafting procedures to govern the team's operations.
* Microbiology Research Engineering Apprentice: Development of in vitro tests.

Skills you will develop: Scientific and methodological rigor, research project management, disruptive innovation, critical thinking, collaboration in a multicultural environment, and technological agility.
Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Year 4/5) or in an Engineering / Pharmacy School, specializing in Chemistry / Biology / Physics / Microbiology/ looking for a one or two-year apprenticeship.
* You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
* You are fluent in English and French (international research context).
* You have mastered the fundamentals of your scientific field (lab techniques, data analysis software, etc.) and are comfortable with IT tools.
* You have an insatiable curiosity, strong analytical and synthesis skills, and you are rigorous and proactive.

The Recruitment Process
* Recruiter Interview (30 min): To introduce yourself and discuss the position & L'Oréal Group.
