YOUR ENVIRONMENT
Under the responsibility of the Performance and Operations Director, you will be part of the Retail Excellence team for Europe and the Middle East.
You will actively contribute to the implementation of operational projects and performance monitoring across our EME network, and you will provide daily support to our Regional Operations Managers and stores.
This experience will allow you to discover the luxury retail environment and give you the opportunity to learn how we bring customer service excellence to life.
THE KEYS TO SUCCESS Education : Business School or Ingenieering School or any equivalent to bac+5. Experience : Experience in retail would be highly appreciated. SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : Problem solving attitude; Strong EXCEL skills; Proactivity and agility, strong capacity to adapt; Good communication and organization skills Teamwork and positive mindest. LANGUAGES : Fluent english
