🌟 Role Purpose

We are looking for a SENA Apprentice with a focus on data analysis and commercial management support to provide transversal, administrative, and technical support to the Sales area in Colombia.

The role will provide strategic support to different sales teams based on the specific needs of each segment, contributing to operational efficiency, automation of administrative tasks within systems, commercial data tracking, and decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for SENA students in their productive stage who want to grow in a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment, gaining hands-on learning and real exposure to the commercial business.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Provide transversal support to the different segments within the Sales area, according to each team's operational needs.
* Execute administrative and technical support tasks, aimed at automating and optimizing commercial processes within systems.
* Support the management and updating of commercial information, ensuring data quality, organization, and availability.
* Consolidate, analyze, and follow up on key information for commercial reports and decision-making support.
* Collaborate with the commercial team on administrative activities that impact day-to-day operational efficiency.
* Work closely with different internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.

✅ Requirements

* Education: SENA student in the productive stage, enrolled in administrative, technical, and/or systems-related programs.
* Languages: Basic English (lecture).
* Tools: Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
* Soft skills: Positive attitude, proactive profile, with a strong willingness to learn and grow; Good disposition for teamwork and continuous learning.
* Availability to complete a 6-month apprenticeship, a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and initially 100% on-site modality.
