Key Responsibilities
* As part of the perfumery team, you will support us in all administrative & sensory tasks.
* Project Management while ensuring a correct data entering through all the different systems: Atlas, crystal.
* Sample management from lab and factory to clients and internal teams.
* Price letters creation and even when requested create the price simulation in the system.
* In this role, besides the main tasks mentioned, we need this person to be commercial team's right hand, and in contact with the clients, especially when the commercials are travelling.
* We need support in consumer panel, evaluation facility support.

You bring
* Fully developed IT skills, including proficiency in Word; Excel; Powerpoint, Outlook & SAP.
* A highly organized and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritize workload.
* Multitask ability.
* Team working skills, but able to work proactively and independent.
* Flexibility - adapts and works effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
* Interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish and ideally, French
